• OpenAI Reliance: KMAVENS’ GPTs no longer require an active ChatGPT Plus subscription for access to them (i.e., custom GPTs, or ‘Kmavens and ‘KM Cores’) powered by GPT-4o. Yet, a base, free ChatGPT account, and thereafter login, is still required for access to the GPT Store. It’s important for users to understand that while KMAVENS develops and submits these GPTs, the direct operation, including data processing during user interactions, is managed by OpenAI according to their respective privacy and security standards.

• Experimental Nature of AI GPT Services: Users acknowledge that KMAVENS’ GPTs, including those within the Life Coaches suite, are part of an ongoing experimental and developmental effort within the field of artificial intelligence. As such, services and offerings may evolve, and outcomes may vary as new insights and advancements in AI technology are incorporated. KMAVENS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any AI GPT service in response to technological developments, user feedback, or changes in regulatory standards.   • Acknowledgment of AI Nature: Users acknowledge that the ‘Life Coaches’ suites and its GPTs provided by KMAVENS are based on artificial intelligence technology and are NOT human. These AI “life coaches” are designed to simulate empathetic and guided support but do not possess human attributes or the ability to understand complex human emotions and situations in the way a licensed professional can.

  • Non-Professional Services: Life coaches are NOT licensed mental health professionals, counselors, therapists, or medical practitioners. The guidance and support offered by these AI GPT entities is intended for informational and general support purposes only and should not be considered or construed to any extent as professional mental health or counseling service.
